Iets over de THT datum (04/04/26), maar hij was dan ook 35% goedkoper. Diep gouden kleur, bijna amber, en een fijne maar kleine witte kraag. Geur van graan, wort, met retronasaal een beetje karamel en misschien een vleugje karton, en wat fruit. Smaak is wortig, maar eigenlijk nauwelijks zoet, een vleugje fruit. Licht body, maar niet te dun. Korte afdronk.

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 27 Feb 2026) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of caramel, dark bread and brown sugar. Malty taste with caramel, dark bread, brown sugar and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Uncomplicated but well balanced dubbel. Nice one.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een troebel koperkleurig bier met een beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en fruitige tonen. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en fruitig.

0.33 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before January 2027. Slightly hazy, very dark ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity aroma of caramel, toasted nuts, light cocoa and traces of raisins. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and a little fruity taste of caramel, burnt bread crust, cocoa, coffee, roasted nuts and hints of raisins, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite roasty for a Bock but not bad.

Marrón oscura. Espuma beige de poco tamaño y escasa duración. Maltas tostadas y notas de frutos secos en el aroma. Oleosa en boca, de tono ahumado. Facil de beber, ligera en boca, de poco gas. Mucha malta tostada en el sabor, notas de café.

Bottle 33cl. poured into a teku glass. Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma sweet malt, wheat, biscuit, caramel, banana, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, wheat, some honey, spicy notes. Medium body, creamy to oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering spiciness, nice.

Op tap bij Zeezicht. Zal wel een alias zijn van een Egmondse Blonde, volgens het personeel (uiteraard) naar eigen recept. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Medium zoet, bloemig, honing, fruitig, degelijk bitter, iets gistig. Lichte tot medium body. Prima blond.
