Tap at SBWF2015. Dark brown color, small steady off-white head. Diacetyl, toasted aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramel, butter scotch, sweetish light finish. Not the best moments of this brewery.

Tap at SBWF2015. Opaque black, small brownish head. Lots of fresh wood in the nose. Medium-bodied. Wood also dominates the flavor. Roasted notes. Can’t trace bourbon.

Tap@ sbwf15. Side by side with the normal version. Pours black with a thin brown head. Oaky, whisky notes, plums and ash. Flavor has whisky notes, roasted malt, chocolate, ash. Smooth, very tasty.

Tap@ sbwf15. Side by side with ba version Pours black with a thin brown head. Roasted malt, strong coffee, ash. Flavor has ash, roastedness, tobacco, dark chocolate notes. Heavy, yet easy to drink. Solid. Complex, grows on you.

Draught. Opaque black liquid with minimal tan head. Aroma of licorice, bourbon, chocolate, wood, sweet alcohol and toffee. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of bourbon, licorice, light ash, wood and vanilla. Full bodied with low carbonation. Really heavy, but nice.

Draught @ Bierhuis Rotterdam, Tennispalatsinaukio 4 (Kampin keskus), 00100 Helsinki, Finland. [ As CAP Kellerbier ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, agner, dusty malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grain, pale malt, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150723]

Sample at SBWF 2015. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of pineapple, some mango, citrus and hay. Also malt and hints of caramel. Fresh and easy to drink with a bitter finish.
