Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, peach and tropical fruits. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

330ml bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Nice to look at with its deep dark ruby body colour topped by a firm, bubbly, fawn-coloured head that stays and laces well. Promising smell of succulent fruity hops with a touch of pine and with mid-sweet malts beneath. Fine mixed flavours of dark berries and dark fruits joined by rye and liquorice. Roasted backbone. In-depth malt bitter finish. Smooth. Enjoyed on Halloween at home with nuts and fruits for the kids and a good ale for the old man (Tromsø 31.10.2013).

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with rye bread, toast and dried apricots. Malty nose with notes of toffee, caramel, chocolate, orange peel and a certain citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with some caramel sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Nice slightly brown creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, caramel malts, hops, roasted grain, nuts, puffed rice, old leafs, chocolate, pine needles. Taste is roasted grain, hops, grass, burnt caramel, nuts, bark, puffed rice, old leafs, chocolate, pine needles, hints of cardboard. Longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Draught@SBWF2013. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is crystal malts, some fruity notes as well as mild bready notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and also has some slight toffeeish notes. Balanced.

Draught@SBWF2013. Hazy amber colour, small fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mioldly wooden along with some nectary notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild toffee and a nice bitterness in the finish. Quite standard, but at the same time not overly hopped double IPA.

Draught@SBWF2013. More or less pitch black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, tobacco, mild leathery notes along with some dark ripe fruitiness as well as dark berries. Flavour is leathery, liqruoice, some mild tobacco, berries as well as some slight toasted notes. Quite big on the hopping as well.

Sample at CAP tasting in Kristiansand. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is rye, malt, hop. Flavour is rye, malt, hop, grass, spices. Medium body. Nice/OK beer.
