# 4989; 5/2026. Funky, light leather and zesty aroma. Murky golden body, white head wuickly disappeared. Fruity, sour apple, bittersweet, lemon, light funky. Lighter body, softer carbonation. Very good Basque sidra. 0,7 l, green bottle, Museum of sagardoa/cider, Astigarraga, Basque Country, Spain.

Color paja, con fina nebulosa, sin espuma. Aroma y sabor funky y afrutado, con notas de manzana, lagar, barrica...Dulzor moderado, acidez media, final seco. Buena sidra, muy rica

Sample courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Golden colour, shorrt-lived bubbly white head and aroma of acetic, funk, apple, fleshy. Taste is tart, lemon zesty, apple, core and flesh, funky with woody hints and some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Tap at home, picked up from the cider museum, san sebastian. A light hazed golden orange halof of white halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, fizzy green aplle, chewy, tangy, twist og lemon rind, fizzy, light vinegar. Palate is spicy sour, fizzy green apple, plastic, vinegar, prickly green apple. light funk, prickly woody green apple. Palate is semi sweet, pricly highish carbonation, prickly finish. ok.
