0.33 l bottle thanks to Jadran and Lara who brought it from Italy. Shared with SašaMops, Višnja666 and Jadran. Oily dark brown, minimal head. Buttermilk, cherry, spicy, alcohol, roast. Burnt caramel. Plum, chocolate, some chilli pepper. Boozy. Sweetness from the maple also tartness, maybe from the bourbon. Warming, slick, sticky.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Lara and Jadran who brought it from Italy. Dark brown, small beige head. Cherry, berry, cognac present, some oak, some caramel, alcohol. A touch of butter, dried fruit, plum brandy, cherry brandy. A bit too alcoholic on the nose, but very soft otherwise. Vanilla, nuts, oak nad cocoa in the flavour. Medium body, very easy going. Quite unique. Good barrel aging example.

Bottled (from Alko web). Black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, some liquorice, chocolate, mild almonds and some slight toffee tones. Flavour is toffee, some toasted notes, mild liquorice with some alcohol and mild chocolaty tones. Rather sweet, but luckily alcohol isn't very attacking here.

Fat på biskoppensvapen Jönköööping. Här klunkar jag på innan tåget ska gå. Fram kommer en lågt kostnad maltdriven dryck. Lite jordgubb tydlig malsötma lite humlig apelsin 🍊. Påminner om en strong ale. God strong ale och nu en helt ok Dipa. Läse det ska vara en weast coast ipa. Ja en Italiebsk weast coast då. För klassisk usa weast coast smakar den inget som.

Flarra restaurant strömmensberg. Några Dipor testats idag och oj oj överraskad blir jag när jag känner tunga fylliga tropiska grejer i denna . Här smakar det USA humle . Tallbarr , Mogen apelsin 🍊, mango 🥭 papaya . Tyvär störs smaken en del av kolsyra som bubblar runt i munnen .Annars bästa Dipan testas idag. Fyllig

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch L73 9 30, bottled 2020. Purple vax. Rated on 15.12.2022 Aroma has licorice, liquor and sweet malty-sugary toastiness. Flavour has licorice, saltiness, some maple syrup. Salty and a bit herbal finish. Creamy and smooth palate. Alcohol is present but does not disturb. Otherwise good but a bit too salty for me.
