Bottle shared. Slight hazy dull golden. Seeet and sour apple, dusty, light vinegar, apricot, oak, mineral. Medium sweet, lighter sour. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a bit dry finish. A bit weird, not great.

Bottle from the producer. Hazy golden with huge fizzy white head. Dry apple peel, sour green apple, funk, wood, oak, kiwi, unripe pear. Under medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, over medium dry. Not great.

I had a bottle of this from the cidery that I kept upright and at max 20 degrees but it exploded the night after I bought it. Dangerous stuff! It smelled nice though.

Bottle from the producer. Bit hazy dark golden to amber with small head. Dusty, caramel, sweet and sour apple, funky, a hint of vinegar, oak, dry chalk. Medium sweet, less sour and light bitter. Over medium bodied, solid dry finish. Quite interesting and different, but not sure if I like it more than regular cider.
