Fine & dense, very light-yellow, small head, dwindling over metallic yellow-golden beer. Very faint malt nose, just a hint at citrus and chalk. Dry grainy flavour, somehow (root)spiced, finishing a bit more sugary-sweet. Again some faint hint at citrus. Feels well-carbonated, spritzy; light body, watery. Mass lager, obviously, but there’s much worse around, notwithstanding the clear glass bottle abomination.

Can from Vilnius. Light yellow colour with a small head. Almost no head. Suprising low taste for being an east european lager. Low malty flavour and very light hoppy. Booooring..............

Bottle. It pours a beautiful crystal clear dark reddish brown body under a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is a bit weak, with dried fruits, toffee and a faint touch of dms. Weak, but pleasant. The flavor is roasted and toffeeish, quite dry on the palate, medium to full body. A bit one dimensional, but quite tasteful. Overall, a quite decent beer, I guess it would shine with some appropriate food. 111126
