Can, small stable head, clear pale golden colour, fragrant malt aroma with some hops behind it, malty biscuity flavour with an empathic and mellow bitterness, great balance, very good pilsener.

Clear dark reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish. Not roasted in any way. Feels more like a Belgian with the dried fruit and yeast. 070811

Can 500ml (Maxima, BB 01/2012)
Pale yellow color, small steady white head, lace. Rubber and corn malt in the nose. Light to medium bodied. Not very malty, watery ... very sweet pale lager, industrial taste of sweetcorn, rubber, DMS and metal. Tastes really really cheap although this is "ekstra".

Chevy Chase Wine and Liquors, DC 500ml ($3ish): Pours a light mud brown with a little head that leaves pretty quickly. Really light alcohol aroma with some caramel and a bunch of sugar. Body is on the thin side. Beer is kind of sweet, but not as cloying as it can be. In any case, it leaves some of that sticky feeling in your mouth. This is like that fancy chocolate that is the last one any body will eat out of the variety box. I think that sums this beer up pretty well.

Can 500ml, alc. ABV 4.6% (Maxima, BB 01/2012)
Pale yellow color, small white head. Sweet malty, perfumic aroma. Light body. Slightly sweet maltyness and despite of name, quite low bitterness. This is perhaps not so corn-sweet than normal Utenos, but otherwise quite standard bulk lager.

Can 500ml (Maxima, BB 12/2011)
Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of metal, sweet corn and notes of "hop-like products". Light to medium-bodied. Quite sweet corn-malty flavor, fizzy carbonation, low bitterness. Clean but typical Baltic bulk lager.
