51° 30' 19,6 N; 0°4' 31,2 E - das sind die Koordinaten auf dieser Flasche, dahinter verbirgt sich wie auch auf dem Etikett die tower bridge im Zentrum Londons. Das Bier selbst ist kein besonders großer Wurf. Es hat einen unangenehm süßlichen Beigeschmack, der einfach kein Golden Ale-Feeling aufkommen lässt und auch die Erfrischung will sich nicht einstellen.

50° 44' 20.1 N; 25° 19' 23.9 E steht auf dem Etikett und verspricht die nächste Reise. Ich dachte logischerweisen an Pilsen, aber was findet man dort: das Brandenburger Tor in Berlin, das allerdings nicht auf dem Etikett abgebildet ist -vielleicht ist das mittelalterliche Steintor von dort der Vorgänger des heutigen...da reichen meine Geschichtskenntnisse nicht aus. Das Bier ist das erste der Brauerei, das mir wirklich geschmeckt hat. Es hat eine feine Herbe und angenehme Hopfung, wie es sich für ein deutsches Pils gehört. Nicht nur im ulrainischen Vergleich ein tolles Bier.

Hier haben wir ein richtig picksüßes dunkles Bier, das weniger aromatisch als plump süß ist. Mir ist es zu flach und einfach zu klebrig. Was mir an den Volynsky-Bierflaschen gefällt, ist, dass historische Gebäude auf den Etiketten vorne sind, welche zu dem Bierstil passen (gut, das ist jetzt nichts besonderes), aber hier stehen die Koordinaten darüber, so dass man suchen kann um welches Gebäude es sich handelt. Hier war Dublin Castle zu finden, das ich ohne die Koordinaten wohl nicht gefunden hätte.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. A bubbly, off-white head with good retention over a deep dark brown body. Lacing rings down the glass. Roasted malt on the nose, mid-sweet. Malt-driven taste of caramel and dark bread joined by moments of prunes towards the finish. Medium bodied. Pretty alright (Rating session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 24.09.2019).
