Bottle. Pours black witha off white head. Licorice and citrus notes in the aroam. Crisp and hoppy at first. Then the dark malts and licorice takes over. Small herbalness in the aftertaste. This ones more about the hops and less about the malts (compared to other Black IPAs).

Borefts warm up at Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Bottle I think! Almost clear gold beer. Big white head. Smooth light palate, semi soft. Mild minerals. Sweetish hop this Summer - sweet tangerine and lesser notes of other citrus fruits. Mild floral notes. Trace of skunk. Dry finish. Nice!

Borefts warm up at Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Pale gold beer, good white head. Quite floral with a touch of lemon. Good citrus underneath. A little seltzer minerals. Vaguely saison like. A lovely lager this - tasty and very drinkable. Restores long lost faith in Aussie Lagers!

Borefts warm up at Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Hazy amber beer, good white head. Light crispy palate. Minerals. Mild marmalade hops - a little watery. Tiny bit of creamy malt. Semi dry finish, Okay but a little wishy washy for a 5.8% IPA.
