0,33l bottle from the brewery. Bbe 03/2026. Clear deep amber brown beer with good and stable, cloudy light beige head. Aroma is dried dark fruits, caramel and malts. Flavor is sweet caramel, dark fruits and malts. Bit dry. Good one.

This is 5.5% version. 0,33l bottle from the brewery. Bbe 06/2026. Hazy golden beer with good and bit cloudy head. Aroma is pine, herbs, malts and some fruity notes. Medium body, quite tasty.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato, con carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia amara.

Tap at the brewpub in Matera, 1st April 2023. Pours a cloudy yellow. Aroma is wheat, banana and spice. Taste is full, yeasty, slight oily, spice and banana.

Tap at the Brewpub, Matera, 2nd April 2023. Pours a cloudy chestnut brown. Aroma is dark fruits, caramel, candy and yeast. Taste is sweet,,dark fruits, caramel. It’s decent for this style. Pretty good

Bottle at the brewpub, 8th April 18. Pours Amber. Aroma is citrus, muted. Taste is bitter, some malt a little bland and probably my least favourite of the line up.
