About
Canvas Brewery is located on our farm in County Tipperary. The vision is to produce 'SINGLE SOURCE' beers using home grown ingredients, on farm spring water and energy from on farm woodland and hyrdo-power and to sell direct to the consumer.

This place is a cobblestoned lab of experimentation. You won't find the blend of creativity, traditional brewing techniques and philosophy of sustainability anywhere else. Mossy and the lads have absolutely nailed the ethos behind this brewery.

Can from the brewer. Orange caramel with a medium head. Aroma of yeasty malt. Flavour is caramel malt, Belgian yeast, fruity base, sweet bitter finish.

Can from the brewer. Dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma of chocolate and raspberry. Flavour is chocolate yeast, red fruits on a chocolate malt lively finish.

Can from the brewery. Chocolate brown with minimal head. Aroma of light chocolate malt. Flavour is dark malt, pecan nuts, yeast fizz at the back of the throat. Fruit chocolate finish.
