Bottle. Color: Clear copper to ruby, thin beige head. Aroma: Caramel, dark fruit, raisins. Taste: Malty, yeasty notes, caramel, raisins, dark fruit, candy sugar, spicy notes and hints of dark chocolate. Light boozy notes. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitter. Medium body, just under average carbonation. Lightly warming mouthfeel A little bit thin bodied but overall ok. Quite nice complexity.

Fles gekregen van Keukeman, geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is is een diep donker roodbruin bier met een dun beige schuim. Het heeft een chocolade achtige geur met tonen van rood fruit. De smaak is moutig, vol, fruitig en zacht zoet.

Bottle shared. Light hazy pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, light citrus peel, coriander, yeast, light green leafy notes. In the finish a touch of bitter plastic and vegetables. Quite sweet and just medium bitter but in the aftertaste the bitterness takes over. Solid medium bodied. Mediocre tripel on the sweet side.

0.33 l bottle from 'Speciaalbierpakket', best before October 2021. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly resiny aroma of grapefruit, pine and some citrus. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and a bit resiny taste of caramel, pine, grapefruit and light citrus, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, gently resiny and slightly grassy finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Nice old school IPA, quite bitter and resiny.

Fles gekregen van Keukeman. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft grassige, hoppige en licht harsige geur. De smaak is moutig, noot achtig, en licht hoppig met tonen van citrus en karamel.
