4th June 2010 - On tap at Bir & Fud bar (opposite the restaurant). Cloudy gold beer, good white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Fresh hops beautifully balanced with the limoncello flavours provided by the lemon peel and lactose. Turns softer in the mouth with the lemon becoming a bit sharper. A cracking unique beer and one I could have got very messy on! Nice one Ryan!
