From tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head, leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemonish, citrusy and light peachy. Lemonish crisp and peachy flavoured. Light grassy and citrusy. Bitter and sweet to citrusy crisp fruity impression into the finish.

On tap. RBESG Rome 2010. Hazy golden with an off-white and lacing head. Intense citrus in the nose - very fresh. Medium body with a light sweetness and again distinct lemon. Distinct notes of citrusy hops, but this is not overly bitter. A fun and rather unique experiment and well executed. Kudos Shaun, Ryan and Mikkel! 040610

Entered to celebrate my rating number 17,000. Draft - quite many times. An unclear golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of lemon as well as light notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemon - both juice and peal with light notes of malt, leading to a lovely tart lemony finish.

4th June 2010 - On tap at Bir & Fud bar (opposite the restaurant). Cloudy gold beer, good white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Fresh hops beautifully balanced with the limoncello flavours provided by the lemon peel and lactose. Turns softer in the mouth with the lemon becoming a bit sharper. A cracking unique beer and one I could have got very messy on! Nice one Ryan!

Tap @ Ma Che Siete, Rome. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast and bitter hops. Lots of lemon and grapefruit. Heavy and aggressive lemon hop and juice. Quite herbal in a way. Like a mojito Ipa. Fresh!

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy yellow, minimal head. Rich gooseberry aroma that explodes into tropical fruit madness upon sipping. Citric with medium ody and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Aromatic with concentrated hop flavour and long bitterness. Absolutely lovely aroma!
