From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours dark brown to black with a mall tan and lacing head. Aroma is orange fruity, light malty note. Nice peachy an orange fruity hops flavoured, initial sweet impression. Holds a dark roasted malt note. Going into a rather dry and bitter finish. Lasting grapefruity and peachy flavoured into the far finish.

Draught. Tap on wrong settings, hence no visual description. Near black beer. Overwhelming C-hops nose, dry hops, hessian sacks. Dry hops in the flavour, as dry drop , bit of cardboard, in a nice way, and cherry maltcookies. Rather dry, light in body. Superb try. I’m reconciled with the idea "black IPA", thanks to this.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours unclear dark brown with a small lasting head and laings. Nose is grapefruit and pine. Smooth and full palate. Vague hints of dark malts and a touch of caramel but loads of bitter pine and grape. Dry lasting end. Nice

Entered to celebrate my rating number 16,200. A dark brown beer with a red shine under a thin tan head. The aroma has strong notes of hops - citrusy - grapefruit as well well as caramel and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, caramel, nuts, leading to a very dry, bitter, grapefruit peal finish. You want another sip.

Dark brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, hops, coffee and liquerice. Hoppy flavour with roasted malt, pine, grapefruits and the roasted malt was not there. Finished bitter. Nice one.

Bottle. The aroma is hoppy, there is some grassy hop with a black smell from the malt. Almost black colour, red shine. Small frothy brown colour. The flavour is rather hoppy, grassy hops. There is some black beer roasted notes, and quite rough. The combination of a black roasted malts and grassy hops is not really for me.
