(On tap @ Mikkeller and Friends, Stefansgade, Oct 26/18) Pours a slightly hazy medium red with a whitish cap. Notes of red berries, hibiscus petals, hay, light lactic citrus, soft yeasty spice notes, minerals, touches of Brett funk, lightly sweet and lightly tart up front with a bone-dry, balanced finish and lingering floral notes. Light to medium bodied with effervescent moderate carbonation. Not the most stand-out HF saison by any means, but a well-crafted one that's not cloying with its floral addition.

On tap at BrewDog Tower Hill. Hazy orange gold colour lasting white head. Slightly funky aroma. Good fruit in the mouth. Tangerine led. Some sourness. Some good fullness. Yes a little sweet. It's good. Not the height of the Hill Farmstead before though. Still some funk.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Hazy, deep red colour with a thin pink head. Tart, fruity aroma with hibiscus, wooden notes, citrus and floral hops. Taste is sour. Medium bodied. Dry, fruity finish with hibiscus and floral notes. Excellent, well balanced.

7 oz pour on draft at Snallygaster 2018. Reddish with off-white head. Aromas of funk, berries. Tastes of berries, cherries, funk, floral, tart notes. Light body with a dry finish. Delicious.

Draft pour at Snallygaster 2018. Poured a very light hazy orange-ruby color with a small white head. Aroma was nice fruity notes, I like strawberry, raspberry. Little bit of tartness here, fruity tartness.

Bottle, batch #5 october 2016. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malt, fruity, Brett. Taste: Nice combination of pretty strong funky Brett yeast with notes of farm barn and horse blanket, moderate sweet malt, moderate to medium hopbitterness and floral, herbal and yellow fruit hints. Subtle citrus. Smooth, foamy and dry-ish mouthfeel. Hints of wood. Slightly prickly acidity. Subtle bittery palate at finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Complex as a good Saison should be. Very nice.

Bottle, 750 ml, from Beer Republic. Shared with others. Batch 5. Cloudy golden, large white head. Funk, barnyard, bit spicy, bitterish finish. Dry and bitter finish. Medium+ carbonation. Not super complex, good saison nevertheless.
