Tasting at Eugene’s
Bottom of the bottle. Cloudy blond color. Very good character from the yeast, strong, a bit funky but also earthy, manure, and hazelnuts.
I wish I had it cleaner, but it’s very nice.

Bottle courtesy of Belair50. Pours hazy golden with a small frothy offwhite head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity and slightly funky with crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, pineapple, white grapes, dandelions, dry wood, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is slightly bitter, tiny sour, slightly fruity, floral and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tiny tart, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour and funky with delicate tropical fruit funk, white raisins and wine barrel character. Delicate, delicious and sublime.

Bottle. A- Hibiscus, lime juice, subtle strawberry, subtle funk. A- Orangish pink color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Brett, funky, subtle citric bitterness, horse blanket, manure, straw. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, funky finish. O- Too damn much Brett. That ruins a good beer. Smells nice and then the flavor is nothing but funky shit.
