Noir profond, huileux doré au verre, col café au lait..
Arôme est fin sur les malts - chocolat, café avec une touche de grilé qui perce ne rétro-nasal, fruits noirs et rouges.
Palais est malté; chocolaté, café, petite douceur de vanille en retrait avec un effet de baies rouges et mûres arrivant en support du café - effet baies?
Sans réinventer le style, cette version café passe bien, servie trop froide, sur les conseils du brasseur, j'ai attendu un bon 30min avant de déguster.

Dorée sur un léger pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est frais fruité, funk avec une belle rusticité en rétro-nasal. Fruité avec un rappel de raisin macéré.

Palais sur un léger caractère funk qui se marie bien au caractère plus rustique de siason - ici, le tout est sur un apport léger fruité de ce cépaeg natif d'Arghentine qui procure un léger effet sec/funk sur une fine acidité - léger effet fruits verts.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy nice acetic aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter sour finish. Creamy palate.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy acetic aroma. Moderate bitter nice acetic flavor. Average moderate bitter fnish. Oily palate.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Orange yellow colour. MOderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

15/6/2022. Can shared by saxo, cheers. Pours thick black with a small bubbly tan coloured head. Aroma is rich, roasted malt, molasses, chocolate, honeycomb, wood, bourbon, slightly ashy/meaty. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Full body, sticky slick mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.

14/6/2022. Can shared by saxo, cheers. Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma of gooseberry, grapefruit, pineapple, citrus, apple. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation. Slightly salty finish.

23/6/2022. Can shared by saxo, cheers. Pours clear pale golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is tropical, peach, grapefruit, citrus, grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of tart. Light body, watery, soft carbonation. Fruity with nice bitterness to finish, but was watery.

14/6/2022. Can shared by saxo, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is woody, tart fruits, citrus, berries, white wine vinegar, bread. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tangy sour. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.
