--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale bronze colour, small head. Lovely aroma of grapes, pears and menthe. Citric with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Oaky chardonnay, lemon and grass. Unfortunately the late finish is riddled by stale butter. Initially this off flavour is really powerful, but it wears off quite a bit as it warms. Lovely, if you disregard the butter. Very hard to rate...

Short-lived white head over hazy yellowish golden beer. Grapey, vinous, lactic nose; hints at rhubarb, celery, green grapes, white wine. Dry, almost astringent, faint lemon, rhubarb, green gooseberry. Faintly vinous again. Light, acidthinning, well-carbonated, refreshing. Another excellent beer from Strange. Light, but good!

Medium off-white head over fully veiled brown-red beer. Lambic-like aromas, Brett, fruity, red fruit, grapes and not a little vinous. Sour, lactic, but a tad as a kettle sour. Red fruit, sour cherry, redcurrant, and again vinous - with a bit of vinegar hints. Lemon appears in the aftertaste. Good carbonation, lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning. Just a tad too sour IMHO, but definitely more than deserving try at Oud Bruin.
