Panda, courtesy of SaltyGrog, pours with a slightly murky dirty gold to copper colored body that supports a nice off white head of foam. The aroma is pungent with fresh tropical fruit, guava and a melon sensation, bleeding into fruity Skittles like notes. Interesting. Another whiff and the melon note only grows. The taste delivers meaty melon like goodness as well as some guava moving into berry like fruitiness. I like this. It comes together nicely, it only has minimal sweetness and the fruitiness isn't too soft or sweet but rather nice and tangy. Fun beer.

Single from that dope little shop in Palermo. My father in law brought back some fresher samples a couple months after we left. Props to the store manager for walking us through the selection on WhatsApp.
Mojito glass back at home after a few months in the fridge. Hazy pineapple juice-colored brew with a lingering soapy whitewash.
Heavy pineapple nose with a wink of papaya & some C hops.
Herbal & earthy bitterness upfront with a very slight orange & pineapple fruity backdrop that rides till the end till it hits some menthol.
Frothy, sticky, slightly hot, good burps.
Solid hazy with more bite than expected.

Stemless back at the compound in BA.
Pours sort of like a dirty cup of coffee. Weak head.
Medium roast coffee, perceivably acidic. Charry malt, with only a spot of scalded milk & cinnamon. Nose is mostly about the coffee.
Medium strong roast, brown sugar, some zing from cinnamon & barely a splash of malted milk. There's an earthy coffee bitterness that lingers on the tail. Bit of a warm abv belly too. Very acidic coffee. Thin body with some weak starchiness from the oatmeal. Not exactly what I want.
Tis okay to good.

A tight 10k, about $6 & change at the source. The second thing I ordered after getting a baseline with an ipa. Wife is happy, I'm happy.
Light herbal nose over lots of grape skin & wheat.
Delicate, obvious white grapes, low acidity, mellow blend. Slight citrus edge with a bit of honey.
Thin, perfect oxidation, middling abv, low carb.
Surprisingly great.

Half pour at the source. Pale gold, excellent.
Confectionary & soft grapefruit nose.
Taste is bittersweet, majorly herbal, leaning into a white tea sort of vegetal flavor, which is quite delicate but persistent.
Very solid.

Stange glass for my wife at the source.
Crispy, metallic classy gold pour.
Premium corn lager smell.
Acidy, half lemon, lots of white pepper, half astringent herbal hops, pretty clean. Lingering bite.
Surprisingly good enough.

Super frothy neipa, sticky spiderweb lace.
Bright orange rind & herbal nose.
Soft, mellow herbal & orange rind, light white onion, lingering mellow citrus rind.
Medium carb, nice texture, warm abv feels.
Obviously simple but kinda good.

Keep things right here with the wife & another order of empanadas.
Medium golden, not bright but clear enough, excellent lingering white wash head.
Too fresh herbal hoppiness, borderline cheese with some bright lemon tea.
Veggie astringent from the start. Half sharp varish, very bitter green, some subtle rye-like spice, hearty texture, medium light lemon acidity, hidden vanilla. Is there rye because I still taste rye on the finish. Booziness is a touch sharp but otherwise it's a fun hoppy beer.

Clear, medium gold, light froth bubbly active. Half pour at the source while my bookworm wife sips a raspberry sour.
Sour guava, light vanilla, cornflower, really inviting nose.
Strong & legit guyabana/soursop, sort of a passion fruit but tarter sort of flavor. Complementary copper twang, lemon, white pepper, wheaty textured finish.
Decent for a simple kettle.
