Anise & inviting dark malt nose.
Nice candied malt, mellow fennel & clove, a chocolate-y thing, cream. Medium minus sweet. Lingering leathery tannins are dope. Maybe there's a twinge of metal on the very end, hard to tell.
Medium texture, some abv warmth, low carb.
Great. Best dubbel in a long minute.

Acidy raspberry & lemon kettle, juicy, light sweetness, medium sour, some copper metallic twinge, faint herbal bite that numbs & lingers. Frozen fruit feels.
Frothy, medium high acid, medium low tart, easy abv, not too aecitic.
Okay+.

Hyper herbal, fresh hop nose. Touch of cheese.
Herbal, raw onion, very grassy, weak lemon acidity. Herbal bit grows quite a bit as it warms; hard linger.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, citrus, hops, malt and has a nice long bitter finish.
