Delt med Rune. Gylden. Uklar. Middels høyt tett skum. Litt lacing. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken kamomille. Blomster. Uvariert. Annerledes - men ikke helt vellykket.

Bottle bought at A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma had spice, light citrus, banana and an earthiness. Hazy pale orange. Thin creamy white head. Quite bitter- the combination of herbs and citrus. Develops an underlying shy sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Wits are a style that I find cam be quite limp. But this maintains my interest.

Bottle at the columbus tasting 29/09/2022. Thanks to Daniel Osprey. A dark blackish green coloured pour with a lasting greenish white head. Very unique looking beer. Aroma is sharp lemon uzu, sharp lemon. Flavour is composed of salty sharp lim, yuzu, perfume, sharp lime, earthy umami, mushroom. Earthy. Palate is sharp, semi sweet, lime zest, pickle, highish carbonation. Very unique. Some ideas should not be tried.

Bottle shared in London - courtesy of Daniel. Pours murky blue-green with a frothy, white head. Medium sweet flavour, salty, some oily lime, low acidity. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart and salty finish, a little oily, more citrus oil. Novel for sure.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Bubbles on the surface of a coal black body, dotted spots on the glass. Inviting roasted malty aromas, scent of chocolate and dark fruits. The taste character follows suit with black chocolate, ash, and hints of liquorice offset by moments of pine needles towards a roasted, bitter ending. Fine depth. Like it. (Tromsø 20.09.2022).
