On tap at Brewdog Edinburgh, pours black with almost no head. Aroma is full of burnt dark sugars, marshmallow, and some alcohol. Flavour is full of alcohol, burnt sugars, and marshmallow. Surprisingly well-integrated, oily, chocolatey, and not that boozy. Fun stuff.

330ml bottle, 2021 vintage. Slightly hazy golden brown, off-white head, lots of sediment. Aroma of yeasty esters, dried fruits, berries. Taste is sweet, malts, bready and spicy yeasty esters, dried fruits, slightly vinous, boozy and dry finish. Somewhat flat, I was expecting it to be rather effervescent given the style.

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden orange, white head. Aroma of orange peel, chamomile, coriander. Taste is quite earthy and spicy (coriander), loads of chamomile, orange peel, cloves, peppery yeasty notes. Not bad, but leans a bit too heavily on its adjuncts for me, particularly the chamomile.

Honey-sweet, quite light and thin mouthfeel, but packing a punch. I'm really enjoying it.
