Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a dark brown to black with a finger of beige head. Cacao nib and chocolate on the nose and palate. Smooth, low carbonation. Balanced finish.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish gold with finger of white foam. Clove, peppercorn and citrus on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Drying finish with nice carbonation.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a hazy, straw gold with a finger of fluffy foam that lingers. Cantaloupe, lime and lemon notes on the nose. More of the same on the palate with some tangerine pith as well. Smooth, lowish carbonation with a nice drying, peppery finish.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam. Lovely prickly pear, pineapple skin and papaya aromas. More of the same on the palate. Drying finish, not overly cloying.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a hazy gold with a pillowy head of foam. Not really a west coast, but nice use of Citra & Mosaic. Needs to be drier, more bitter and snappier on the finish. Definitely more NE style.
