Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is caramelly, floral, dried fruity and buttery. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with moderate sweet toasted malt and caramel, following is faint dried fruity and honeyish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Non è nero, davvero…

Bottle from Pomalo. oh wow, chestnut brown, hazy body, no head, not even with agitation. Aroma... nutty, caramelly malt and a sharp phenolic touch, fruity, estery notes, stone fruit? Lean taste, watery coffee and caramel, both stale, vague phenolic undertones. Oh wow. It was in a fridge for a month and a half. Quite useless, and I really hate giving such a low score, but man...

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko, thanks. Dark murky brown, small beige head. Heavy oxidation, cardboard, stale, caramel, roasted bread. After awhile softer toffee notes emerge. Thin, watery, moderate carbonation, tart fruity and burnt popcorn. Prunes. Light finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pomalo Zagreb. Almost black coloured, medium sized beige head, mild coffee nose with whiff of phenols. Quite flat; soft filtar coffee, caramel, slightly sugary and ashy finish. Tastes like diluted porter.

Bottle from Pomalo ZG. Almost clear daaark amber body, reddish, with a yellowish-beige small head, low retention. Honey and sweet berry notes along with some phenolics and vegetal notes in the aroma. Lean taste, honey, red fruit, dark, yeasty notes, light phenolis. A pale ale it's not. Interesting fruity notes before the uninspiring finish. Hah. Our bottle was not the most inspiring one around but not that terrible really.

Bottle from Pomalo ZG. Pretty much clear golden body, though Hrabren did get some yeast in his pour. Fairly lasting thick white head. Interesting aroma, grainy and white grape notes, some honey. Lean taste, dry, honey, trace fruity esters, yeasty meaty touches, light papery phenolics, vague red apple, a bit tart, but hm, not much. Can't give it lower than this honestly, not that I was aiming for that. Most of the time it's clean-adjacent, rising above random sometimes-occurring off notes. And drinkable. Can't call it a particularly good beer... but can't call my pour lower than this score.
