This IPA poured a hazy yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, cooked veggies and honey. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of citrus, pine and light malt with medium hops. Finish is mildly bitter with citrus hop flavour lingering.

This DIPA poured a thick, very cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Scents include pineapple, grapefruit, cooked veggies, resin and a little must. First swig was not as shocking as expected. Flavours of resin/glue, cooked veg and hops. Lots and lots of hops. Finish is medium bitter with light citrus and a little perm solution flavour lingering.

This DIPA poured a cloudy, milkshake like light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents of citrus, must, dough and pine. First swig was hoppy but not overly bitter. Flavours of pineapple, citrus, grass and mild honey. Finish is bitter and hoppy with citrus, grassy flavours lingering.

This DIPA poured like pineapple juice. Very cloudy, lighter yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Good lacing. Scents include citrus, cooked veggies and dough. First swig was smooth and creamy with minimal carbonation, thicker mouthfeel with flavours of pineapple, light grass and honey. Finish is mildly bitter with citrus flavours lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include roasted malts, dark toast and cocoa. First swig was thick, sweet and bold. First flavours of chocolate milk, molasses, coffee, cream and a little smoke. Finish is burnt and sweet with cocoa and smoke flavours lingering.

This pale ale poured a cloudy, very pale yellow colour with a creamy, spore like head. Nice lacing. Scents include heavy citrus, cooked veggies and straw. First swig was creamier than expected, smooth and delicious. Flavours of citrus, grass and more hops with additional flavours of light malt. Finish is clean and crisp with hop bitterness lingering, but not overpowering. Nice to see.
