Smell of honey, faint yeast. Deep honey colour, off-white head. Aroma of honey, hops, dry malt in finish. Medium sweet. Soft carbon. Saison is a bit hard to find, but nice brew.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2021. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white longlasting head. Aroma is fruity, floral, grassy and some toffee with mild grains too. Flavour is biscuity, toffeeish, some fruity, floral and mild grassy and earthy tones to it.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some floral and mild bready and grainy tones. Flavour is grassy, some tropical fruits, mild grapefruits and some herbal and earthy tones with mild biscuity and grainy tones.

Can (thanks to the brewers!). Hazy yellow colour with a small foamy longlasting white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, some citrusy, mild herbal and a bit grassy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some grassy and mild biscuity and sweet malty tones to it. Quite rich carbonation, which makes it a bit sharp as for the palate.

Can. Brown colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is malty, some nutty tones with mild floral and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, some wooden, mild nutty and some slight toffeeish tones too. Mild metallic elements as it warms up. Apart from the metallic tones, this is very nice!
