Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Slightly unclear pale golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, bread, grassy hops, light lemon. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, grass, light lemon, light pepper. Light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, bit peppery on the tongue, husky and metallic notes, clean, nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'AleHub', best before May 2024. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity aroma of apricot, lemon and light wheat. Minimally sweet, quite sour, rather fruity taste of apricot, lemon and a touch of wheat, followed by a short, quite tart, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft. Simple but solid fruited Weisse.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', 4.8% abv, brewed with bergamot instead of calamansi, best before December 2022. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, maybe a little sourish, quite fruity-floral, slightly spicy aroma of lime peel, lemongrass, coriander, some hay and traces of clove. Gently sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity-floral and gently spicy taste of lemongrass, lime peel, bergamot, coriander, hay and a touch of clove, followed by a short, slightly tart, gently dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Refreshing, well-balanced beer, nicely fruity and sourish with a malty counterpart.

A little sweetish, gently grassy, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, some hay and a touch of lemon peel. Hardly sweet, gently bitter, fairly dry, quite grassy and moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, white pepper and light lemon peel, followed by a short, quite bitter, rather dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Pils, quite crisp but not overly aromatic.
