33cl bottle. A hazy yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of lemon, zest, tangerine, yeast. Taste of lemon juice, lime, zest, tangerine.

Fruity sour beginning. Nice like there, fruity beer. The Lime is sour dominating the picture, fruity finish with a slightly grainy but round and very refreshing lime fruity finish. Nice brew.

28-05-21 // 330ml bottle. Thanks to the brewer! Kalamansi Wit. Didn’t know that citrus fruit before. This is a lovely summer beer. The fresh citrus juicyness and slight tartness is well embedded in a lighter wit body. Very well done.

Hefig-fruchtiges aber auch deutlich bitteres Hopfenaroma im Antrunk. die typisch exotischen Fruchtnoten sind erkennbar, die sonst (häufig zu starke) Süße ist hier aber fast gänzlich durch die Bitterkeit ersetzt worden. Vollmundig bei leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung, harmonisch. Langer, moderat hopfiger Nachgeschmack. 11/11/12/11/13/11

Heller, etwas herber Beginn. Erkennbar nach Kalamansi (also, ehrlich gesagt, Limette an meinem Gaumen), sehr hohe Süffigkeit. Rund, konstant fruchtig, mittellanger Abgang. Gut! 9/11/10/10/12/10
