Keg at Horse & Groom, Chobham. Quite a malty aroma and pine. Very light. A haze to the golden body. Thin creamy white head. Medium bitter. Piney. Grains. Some stone fruit. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long very dry astringent finish. Much more in your face than I was expecting. The brewery are somewhat vague about what it is other than being a lager, pils like, verging on a ISL.

Can from... hmm... perhaps Premier Hop? Aroma is creamy, slightly sour cream. Vanilla. Underlying hints of praline and berries. Darkest brown. Foamy tan head. Initial creamy burnt caramel before espresso bitterness kicks in. Boozy bite in the finish. Smooth dark fruits keep it in check. Medium bodied. Somewhere between creamy, oily and saucy. Flat-average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. The pales have been average but Ascot have always done a decent Stout and this is not different. A relaxed creamy Impy. Edit: once I'd been say here a whole watching Cop Car it actually became a bit bland... samey. So dropped a point.

Can from Wine Rack, Burpham. Aroma has tart citrus and grass, with some sweet stone fruit. Pale gold with a slight haze to it. Thick frothy foamy white. Tart citrus and quinine. Some . Underlying vague sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick if thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Another alright beer from these twiggy bitter pushers in disguise. But the citra is just lost to bitterness. Maybe I'm biased but can't believe decent places like Hoptimism are stocking this stuff.

Keg at Horse & Groom, Chobham. Sweet stone fruit aroma Hazy light orange. Thin bubbly creamy white head mainly sticks to the rim. Medium bitter with a sour edge. Then sweetness comes through but it's close to unpleasantly syrupy. Medium bodied. Slick. A tad sticky. Flat carbonation. Long if relatively low key finish. It's OK but just don't think these attempts at modern brews by Ascot are the finished article.
