Clear, yellow body. Somewhat off-white, creamy head. Cloyingly sweet aroma of salami (Joris says hot dog cooking water), spices, coriander. The aroma really doesn’t want to make you drink this. Somewhat bitter, quite alcoholic flavour, although it doesn’t contain that much alcohol. Not very well balanced either.

Pale gold with a very slight haze; very huge white head, leaving textbook lace. More fatty acids, hot dog cooking water, (diabel says salami), a bit fruity & grassy. Meaty esters in the taste, overripe grain that has gone wet. Ends a bit leafy. Definitely something sourish. I’d hesitate to call it infected, but it comes close. Medium bodied, a bit oily, buttery (molten) texture. In the aftertaste something spicy - a whiff of coriander? I’m underawed. Pity I haven’t tasted the former Van Den Bossche variety.
