The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, malt, light herbal, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at Sommar, Waterloo Street, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an everlasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter with a smooth, light tart blackberry, plum palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Well hidden alcohol. Tasty but not a world beater.

Draft at Sommar Solihull. Poured a murky light brown colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, rich, creamy coconut, light buttery toffee, light tart lime citrus palate and a lingering light floral bitter finish. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. I could probably drink this all night long.
