On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - cloudy yellow to brown. Thin off white head. Nose - mango, orange and stewed apple. Taste - orange and stewed apple. Generally fruit salad. Palate - light bodied and creamy middle with gentle bitterness only. Overall - good.

Draft at Sommar, Waterloo Street. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, dank hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, juicy dank, grass bucket hop, light lemon citrus, light floral, yeasty, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Tasty, but lacking fruit and not what I would typically expect from a single hop Citra.

The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, malt, light lime, light coconut creamy, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at Sommar, Waterloo Street. Poured a murky golden brown colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, piney hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a big chewy malt, dank, piney, floral hop bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. I could almost eat this! Yes it’s bitter and hoppy, but not well balanced and not overly pleasant. Would not order another. It’s quite likely the keg at this location isn’t up to scratch as the colour of the beer served here is different to other locations.

The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a smooth, mineral, big juicy passionfruit palate. Alcoholic fruit juice and somewhat one dimensional, but drinkable in small quantities.

One-third pint, tap at Sommar Leicester. Drinking session with jjsint. A white head over a hazy golden body, spotty lacing. Rather sweet berry-fruit on the nose. Herbal hops, sweet berries and guava to the taste profile. Ends fruity, not overly sweet. Fine bodied. Pleasing to a certain degree (Leicester 11.07.2022).

Third, on tap at Sommar Leicester. Covering white head, upper part lacing, hazy grey-yellowish body. Moderate grain-fruity nose. Herbal hops, earth, and ripe lemon to the taste buds, cereal malty base. Hints of mid-dry bitterness to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Okay session qualities. (Leicester 10.07.2022).
