Can. Gold with a cm of white head that fades. Floral hop aroma with sourdough, pepper. Has the brief richness it should then peppery bitterness takes over. I would have liked a little more, but this is pretty solid.

Tap. Black with a tan head. Syrupy chocolate aroma with some roast and spices. Bittersweet chocolate with only hints of roast but quite firm bitterness. Nice finish.

Can. Black with a fat coat of beige head. Mocha and roast aroma with some singed caramel & liquorice. Dry, almost sour coffee and roasted flavours with a hardness to the palate. Roasted bitter end. Not as welcoming as hoped.

Can. Amber with a pale beige head. Biscuity aroma with somewhat earthy spices and light citrus. 6+ Biscuity malt sweetness is balanced by firm spicy bitterness. Perhaps a little fizzy in the can but pretty solid.

Tried at the Boilermaker House in Melbourne. Clear golden with no real head. Aroma and taste are light fruity, slightly flat lifeless body.

Can. Clear golden amber with a white head that never quite disappears. Doesn’t smell as American as the list of hops suggests - doughy with oranges, apricot, a little caramel and light spices. And so it tastes. A bit of body, fruity and a little spicy. Would have liked it a little drier and more bitter at the end but this is again pretty good stuff.

Can. Scrupulously clear brown with an inch of off-white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of bread, biscuit, weeds, hints of darker malt. Neither terribly sweet nor rich with some topical toasted flavours before modest but sufficient bitterness. Sound enough but not very engaging.

Can. Golden amber - almost clear - with a loosish inch of white head that never quite disappears. Aroma of mixed citrus with kumquat and grapefruit upfront. Some breadcrust, stonefruit and pine. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Clean with enough malt and sweetness to support the hops but not a whole lot more. The blend of hops sounds overcomplicated but isn't: mainly firm citrus with minor tropical and pine notes. Firmish bitterness. Right up my street.
