Bottle: Poured a dark black/brown with a red hint in the light, head is thin and beige. Aroma is candy syrup and caramel malt. Taste is a sweet sugary caramel with a soft metal finish.

Bottled. Yellow colour with small white sparkling bubbly head. Aroma is bready malts, paper and some hay. Flavour is very mych the same. Hooray.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is hay, grass, some saltwater and mild hints of earth. Flavour is grainy, grassy and very earthy.

Bottled. Rubyish brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is earth, caramel malts and slightly papery. Flavour is caramel malts, sugar and syrup with some hints of both metal and rubber.

tap - What is this? Is Dommelsch just Dutch for Bud? It’s clear, pale yellow with a small head, a mild aroma, and a light malt flavor. It’s watery and generally unsatisfying with very little of the hops presence one might expect in a pilsener. Ok, it’s better than an American Budweiser, but not by much...

Bottle (Special Music Bottle): Poured a golden clear color with a creamy white head. The aroma is grainy and water, some soft malt characteristics too. Taste is water grainy harvest, not very good as respect to pils go.

Bottle. Clear yellow / golden color with a average fizzy good lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, fruit, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Little over a average pilsner not bad :o)
