About
Our Beer is our word.

It’s really that simple. Starting here, with these few words you see before you, we’re going to make you a promise. We won’t lie to you. We won’t manipulate you. We won’t use focus-group tested tricks. We absolutely won’t sacrifice quality for profit margins. Right about now our accountants are likely smashing their keyboards in rage about that last one. They can deal with it. We’re going to be real with you. What we’ll do is offer you a glimpse into why three young home brewers in a garage decided that they’d had enough of other people telling them what they could and couldn’t do. We’re going to show you that every ounce of creativity and love that Matt, Jason, and Tyler can muster is painstakingly crafted into our art.
Our art is beer. Please enjoy it with us.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head, about a centimetre tall. Aroma of water, light sugars, a dash of grass, some soft funky cardboardie malts with a dash of flowers with very little else, perhaps from funky fake sugars. Light-bodied; Very odd malt notes dominate with some funky malts, cardboardie and lacking of flavour with a dash of grass and some odd artifical sweetness and a light lactose or creamy note towards the end. Aftertaste shows some funky cardboardie malts with a light dash of citrus, but way more funky grassy and creamy notes than anything else, with some of the artificial sugar notes at the very end. Overall, a pretty underwhelming beer with some light grass and a ton of cardboard and watery notes with fake sugars and that's about it. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Timmon's Market in Rapid City, South Dakota on 30-June-2020 for US$1,99 sampled just a few minutes later here in my hotel room here in Rapid City, South Dakota.

On tap at Remedy, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out the cold brew coffee upfront, with a touch of roast. Flavour brings out rich cold brew coffee upfront and dominating, with little else to speak of. Just enough sweetness to balance. The coffee character is really well-done here. Very good.

On tap at Remedy, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out some light resins, along with vegetal notes, and bready malt. Flavour is really vegetal, with plenty of herbal notes, some bittering hops, and more vegetables. Ugh, not dialed in right.

On tap at Remedy, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some vegetal notes and a hint of blood orange. Flavour is along the same lines, with wispy wheat and light vegetal character. Not much orange detectable. Meh.
