A dark brown porter with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, light chocolate and caramel malt with light grassy hops, light vanilla, faint and pedestrian. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with light coffee notes and grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Winter’s grind February 2015.

A reddish copper ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with smooth nice floral hops, light treacle, nice and pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light nutty notes, loads of alcohol warmth, grassy floral hops, resinous character, light treacle, orange pulp, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, nice and pleasant. In mouth, nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, grassy hops, light metallic notes, nice and bitter. On tap at brewery.

A golden orange ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with grassy hops, light rye notes, OK. In mouth, good biscuit malt with loads of rye, floral hops, treacle, very nice. On tap at brewery brewery.

An orange golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with smooth floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, very nice and classic. On tap at brewery.

Bottle on the Brew Bus during the RBWG 2015 welcome event. Hazy brown with off-white head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruit, toffee. Tastes of caramel, dark fruit. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Poured from bottle at brewery and its dirty reddish amber. nose is toffee and fruit. tastes of toffee, leather, fruit roll ups, cough syrup, woody, slight vegetal. touch harsh on palate but pretty tasty

Tap at brewery. light golden brown pour. Nose is light caramel and toast. tastes of small caramel notes, peppery spice, toast, and hay. mostly its water but not unpleasant but even for a mild this needs a touch of something. slightly bitter finish

Tap at the Brewery. A play off their Gold Rush CA Common but this one uses all NY ingredients and has the addition of some rye. Pours golden with light nose of hay slight spice. The rye does’t really come through on palate you get more of standard common with golden hop taste, leaves, hay, and toast. smooth palate could use a touch more punch of flavor

Tap at Brewery. Cream ale seems to be making a bit of comeback as of late. Nose is faint florals and bread. Tastes of almost nothing but you get hints of flowers, bread, maybe some egg white. Creamy mouthfeel. watery finish
