Sampled on draft at Gateway Grill this beer poured a dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and malty with caramel and a bit of golden fruit. The flavor was toasty with honey, caramel and some golden fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body and fairly smooth.

12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 2/24/16. Pours a clear lighter orange color with a small head and drippy lace. Pale malts and grains, grassy hops. A bit of citrus as well, but the grainy and grassy flavors are those that feel the most pronounced. Carbonation is fairly lively, with a decent feel, and a pretty dry close. Not bad, but not much better than that.

Bottle. Cloudy golden yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit juice. Not many beery characteristics left.

Pours a clear gold with an ample head of foam that shrinks slowly.
Hoppy and grainy and sweet, of some sort, in the smell.
Taste is not enjoyable. Weird hop profile that adds bitterness but in a grassy almost vegetal way. The malt comes across as a sickly sweetish disaster to my palate. Finishes on the grainy side.
I won’t drink the other 2 bottles in the pack; maybe cook with it.

12 oz can from the winter variety pack. Aroma is cocoa and berries, duh. Also, wheat. Sorry I can’t be more helpful when it comes to the aroma, but that’s all there is. Pours a hazy rust-orange hue with a large fluffy off-white head with good retention. Taste is sweet chocolate and berries. A bit thin. Definitely interesting, but kind of gross at the same time. I don’t know what to think of this thing.

Pours a clear copper colour with large head of foam with decent lacing.
I get caramel and a honey like sweetness with light grain. .nice malt bill.
Definitely on the sweet side taste wise. Grain and earthy hops with the tiniest presence of oak. Flavours do not mesh all that well but it is drinkable.

Bottle - Sweet toffee and light chocolate. Deep black with a light brown head. Sweet bitter molasses, nice bitterness and hops. A bit flowery and pretty nice,

Black color, thin brown head. The aroma has a lot of leather and liquorice, hint of apples, mushroom. Lean but bold body; moderate sweetness, with intense molasses and chocolate flavor, salty, and finally roasted malts.

12 oz can from the winter variety pack. Aroma is pears and cinnamon, as described; smells really good actually, although I could say the same thing about a Scentsy candle. Pours hazy golden with a thick bone white head with good retention and some lace. Taste is as the aroma, mildly sweet with faint bitterness in the finish. Light thin body. Interesting and pretty tasty, although it’s kind of a one and done.
