Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. A black beer with a red shine under a brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong roasted notes as well as quite a lot of fruit, just a bit on the over ripe side. The flavor is sweet and lovely roasted, but also with a touch of citrus from the hops. Nice combo, though the body is a bit thin.

I believe this is the beer I had - it was called Highbridge Lightning and was a Malt Liquor, I had it at the Phonixville location, July 2006. A yellow beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of metal, alcohol, and malt. The flavor is very sweet and rather alcoholic, leading to a dry end, where the alcohol dries out the mouth. Not bad, though not good either - anyways not my style.

Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. A dark orange beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is lovely sweet and hoppy with some grapefruit notes, my guess is Cascade. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, but very early the hops hits the palate with strong notes of grass, that turns more towards grapefruit towards the end, which is very dry and bitter.

Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. An amber beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and toffee. The flavor is sweet toffeeish, but also light notes of butterscotch and whiskey, leading to a dry end with a slight note of alcohol.

Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. A pale amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet grassy and hoppy, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and grassy and hoppy notes from the very beginning all the way thru to the end. Nice.

Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006, named Han Maibock. An orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very light with notes of caramel and butterscotch. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of caramel and butterscotch, but also with light citrusy notes from the hops, leading to a dry and slightly bitter end, where the caramel keeps lingering.

Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. A yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with a very fresh, but light hoppy note, as well as a light malty note. The flavor is sweet with a light grassy note, my guess is Halletaur hops, on a crisp malty background, but also with a slight floral note, before a nice bitter finish sets in.

Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. A copper colored beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet and quite hoppy with British hops giving it notes of flowers, is it Fuggles?, on a crisp malt background, towards the end notes of caramel appears and mixes in with the hoppy notes which lasts from the begining to the end, which is nicely bitter.
