7/6/2024. Can from Botella, Vilnius. Pours clear apple juice amber with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, apple juice, caramel, marzipan, Mr Kipling’s apple pie. Very sweet with mild tartness. Moderate body, oily, fizzy. Sweet artificial finish. Not great but drinkable.

Draft. A dark brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and butter, leading to a dry finish. I wonder when the draftline was last cleaned.

Bottled. Pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is mildly skunky, but also has some herbs, grass and hay to it. Flavour is hayish, mild metal as well as some grains.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, bread and some mild grassy hops. Flavour is grassy, earthy, herbal and some grainy and bready notes.

Canned (as Mõisakeldri Hamburgi Lager). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, herbal som ecardboard and mild strange sweetness. Flavour is strange sweet ness, some dry starchlike things as well as grains and rubber. Strange dry tones in the mouthfeel. No bitterness.

Canned (as Mõisakeldri Saksa Hele). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, mild metallic notes and herbs. Flavour is starch, grains, metal and some slight earthy and mild cardboardy notes. Harsh.

Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is buttery, some grains, hay, herbs, dust and quite metallic. Flavour is rather similar in a big mess.
