Bottle. A lightly hazy orangey red beer with a finger thick white head. The aroma is very cherry-ish, with almond and cherry pits. Quite perfumed. It's medium bodied and sweet, softly carbonated, with lots of artificial almond flavor. Marzipan. Lasting sweet finish. Too artificial this one. 220625

# 3043; 6/2022. Aroma of bread and paper. Brilliant gold body, white head. Malty, cardboard, herbal, nuts. Bad lager. 0,5 l, green bottle, shop with East Europian food, Oxford, Central England.

Bottle from Linda shop, Burton-on-Trent (not listed in RateBeer). Pours a deep rich burgundy (almost maroon / purple) with a generous, but transient, off-white head. Blackcurrants are the sole constituent of the powerful aroma, and the mainstay in the mouth as well. Theres a little malt, alcoholic strength and general summer fruits, but not much. Nice and drinkable (I guess it should be a summer drink) but basically alcoholic Ribena.

500ml can. Pours clear burgundy with a tall light pink head. Aroma is cherry, almonds, malt. Taste is heavy sweet, cherry syrup, almonds. Light bitter finish. Ok desert beer.
