Pour is more of a honey yellow with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is syrupy malt and a minimal wet paper bag. Flavor is sweet, bready and watery. Not a great beer but also for $1.49 a bottle you could do a lot worse.

20/1/2024. Bottle shared at CLBF/IKL. From Mia's trip to Nigeria. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, dark fruits, toffee, liquorice, caramac. Medium sweetness, medium roasted bitterness, very slight tart edge. Moderate body, creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Heavier and slightly harsh bitterness developed but it’s quite okay.
