Ein Mitbringsel aus dem Sommerurlaub, das mich mit seiner Hopfigkeit 🌿 schon richtig überforderte.
Es war eine richtige Hopfenbombe 💣 die brutal bitter auf der Zunge👅 explodierte💥
So hatte es einen tollen, tiefen Hopfenkörper, der aber so brutal war, dass man es kaum genießen konnte.
Etwas nur für wahre Hopheads, aber diese kommen voll auf ihre Kosten.

Leicht eingetrübt bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, fruchtig mit Karamell, harzig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

0,1l from bottle(?) at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Black color, small tan head. Smells soy sauce, nutty, light lactose, spices. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes nutty, coffee, toffee, earthy, light lactose. Finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of coffee, nutty and toffee notes. Very good one, very much enjoyed the taste, smell is good, but not as good.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Amber hazy color, small off white head. Smells resin, bit flowery, herbal, rosemary. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes resin, flowery, lavender, herbal. Finishes light bitter with notes of resin, flowery and herbal notes. Very nice one, very intense resin, but I very much like it. Good one

Tastes citric, grassy, spices, coriander, bit leathery, peppery. Finishes light bitter with notes of grass, peppery and coriander notes. Good stuff, good to drink
