Bottled 20.09.02. A bit darker as an average witbier. Cloudy with a small persisting head. Yeasty aroma, with a touch of grapes. Creamy, yeasty, slightly fruity flavor. Very light and inoffensive aroma and flavor, but also lacks character. Refreshing beer, though.

Thin head. Aroma has yeast and blackcurrant. Yeasty, very fruity flavor with some licorice. Fairly thin, just a bit watery. Nothing special.

Bottled 20.09.01: beer gushes out of the bottle. Dark red color with a small head. Blackcurrant all over, earthy and dusty aroma and flavor. Slight sourness. Thin and fairly bitter. The yeastiness dominates the beer and spoils the flavor.

Dark color, no head. Mocha and coffee liquor aroma. Sweet and very fruity flavor with mocha, grapes, pear and licorice. Hardly any lacing, the alcohol is prominent, thanks to the bit watery texture. Elemental brewing mistakes have been made. Still a reasonable, but far from perfect beer.

Slight vanilla and cabbage aroma. Slightly hoppy vanilla flavor. Fairly low on carbon. Surprisingly good, tasty pilsener. Pity of the lousy aroma. A bargain for € 0,60 a bottle in the local Nagele supermarket. A sample of Nagele 50 jaar pils, bought and tasted in 2006 tastes about the same, so I will not enter it seperately.

Red brown color, odd aroma. Cherry, nutmeg, hint of vinegar. Very perfumed, both in aroma and flavor. Rosebuds and cherry in the flavor. Almost oily with a hint of sourness. Almost undrinkable, tastes like cheap cologne. Drain pour!

Malt aroma and flavor. Cologne, alcohol, pear drups and butter. You can taste that this beer is not brewed by a professional. Still, there are worse Kasparus beers than this one.

Bottle. Red copper color, huge foamy head. Milk chocolate and butter in teh aroma. Butter, cinnamon, raisin and milk chocolate in the flavor. A touch of yeast coming up in the aftertaste. Amateuristic, yet decent.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. perfumed aroma with red berries. Thin, perfumed, somewhat sour flavor with laurel and red berries. Replacement for Bokkus, somewhat comparable to this beer, but less filthy.

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Reddish brown color, pours an enormous head. Somwhat vinous aroma with a hint of yeast. Sweet, vinous flavor with a touch of red berries. Yeasty, somewhat vegetable-like finish. Not a prize winner.
