Before Brewing August had a name, we knew we wanted to build a craft beer brand around the feeling of community. Good people, good places and good times inspired our sun-drenched name, our picnic table logo and our beautiful packaging. Can from Liberty Wine on Cambie. Okay clearish orangey gold body and reasonably good foam. Soft honey and hops on the nose, a little faint, but clean. Tastes of chewy hops, slight wheat notes. Ends smooth. drinkable, middling.

Can from Liberty Wine on Cambie. Good bleach white foam on cloudy deep yellow body, nice stormy carbonation. Smells of soft chewy tangerine, honeydew melon, slight lemon zest. Taste is sweet pine, soft honey grain notes. Finishes full and reasonably dry. Decent IPA.
