Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has primary notes of grain and straw, but also light notes of malt. The flavor is sweeet malty with a light touch of straw, leading to a bitter finish. A very delicate beer, but a bit boring.

Bottled (BB 11/2007)
Golden color, small white head. Strong grassy hoppy nose. Sweet malty and citrusy fruity with typical grassy Kölsch hop profile. Crisp carbonation. Very standard, but wellmade Kölsch. Nice hoppy aftertaste. Lacks those papery flavors which ruin many Kölsches.

Draught at Cinema, Aschaffenburg, Bavaria. Clear golden. Sweet and fruity. Grassy hops dry it out and gives it a pleasant flavour of orange and haym as well as some late bitterness. The mouthfeel is rounded and rathe rsoft. Well drinkable.

Bottled. A light orange beer with a rim of off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of citrus. The flavor is malty with light notes of caramel and citrus, leading to a dry bitter hoppy end. The body is on the light side, and the mouthfeel is a bit flat.

(Draught at White Horse, Parson’s Green, London 28 Apr 2007) Golden yellow colour with brief white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, pineapple and a hint of coriander. Fruity taste with lemon, pineapple and a rather dry finish with a delicate, grassy bitterness. Refreshing.
