Tap at GABF. Pours a cloudy pink with small off white head. The aroma is cherry skin, wheat, lacto. Thin body, tart cherry, wheat, lacto, nice crisp finish, very good.

GABF 2015. Pink beer, hazy, and a white head. Aroma has cherry skin. flavor has a lot of cherry and is moderately sour with yeast. Surprisingly good for a brewery I have never heard of from the Michigan.

Sample at GABF 09/26/2015, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Full-bodied with fruity hops, malt and pine flavors. The finish is moderately bitter with a tropical fruit and hops aftertaste. Good beer all around.
