Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours black with a light brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light chocolate, wood, litle bourbon. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, chocolate, wood, bourbon, some alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 110518

Draught, listed with 6 % abv, at MBCC red (third) session. Filmy white head, hazy golden-red body, laces well. Berry skins on the nose, sweet and dry. Saison fruity flavours, joined by mid-sweet berries and mid-tart apples. Woody palate. Smooth fruit-berry tartness to the finish. Medium bodied. Decent thirst quencher. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).

Draught, 5.5 % abv, at MBCC red (third) session. Solid white head to a cloudy golden body. Spotty lacing. Ripe fruity smell, dry and semi-tart. Juicy tartness to the taste profile, moments of lemon and orange followed by a rather sharp bitter ending. Soft in the mouth. Refreshing and likable. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).

Tap@M&F, Copenhagen (07/05/2018) - pours golden amber with white head. Tart fruity with subtle notes of apricot, grapes, funky, light floral accents, light to medium body, touch of acidity, red grape and tangy apricot notes into the close.

Tap@M&F, Copenhagen (07/05/2018) - amber red pour with a white head. Fruity with prominent red grape notes, medium sweet, some notes of wood, grapeskin, some barnyard yeast, medium to light body, touch of spice into the fruity finish.

On tap at MBCC, Yellow Session. A beige head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Black in the glass. Delicate black malty nose. mid-sweet and dry. Rich taste of grainy chocolate, nuts, wood and prunes. Smoothly roasted malty ending, long-lived. Enjoying sipper. (Copenhagen 11.05.2018).
