Hazy amber-red, pillowy tan head. Mild caramel and cooked fruit sweetness. Similar taste - little caramel, slightly fruity, gentle spicy hops, even some gentle bready notes. Smooth body with just the right amount of polyphenols to provide some mouthfeel. So dumbly simple, but so flawlessly executed - who dares to complain?

Clear chestnut brown, beige head. The aroma is more toasted spicy dark bread crust over a little dark sugars, touch of spicy hops. The taste is less roasty, but the sugars don't stay on their own, being makes by the nice winy notes in the finish. There's a nice oiliness to the mouth-feel (but not the flavour). Medium body and carbonation. A nice smooth dark lager.

Slightly hazy golden, off-white head with some lacing. Modest and correct low gravity Belgian pale aroma - subtle orchard fruit, some cooked fruit, amber malt sugars, light spice from the yeast as well as hops. The taste is just like the aroma. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, light spicy/woody bitterness. No surprises, no complaints.

DEC-2018. BOTTLE@home. Cloudy pale yellow, creamy white head. The aroma is close to a German weissbier but resembling Belgian ales too - strong on phenolic spice (mostly clove) and also fruity. The fruit is no it the German style juicy banana and pineapple - more like unripe stone fruit and lemon pith, notes of grass. Seeing how pale it is, it might be that the malt base not providing the full on German fruitiness. The taste is close to the aroma - airy unsweet fruit and a juicy texture, moderate spice and bitterness, light tartness and high carbonation. Clean, moreish, well built. A solid quencher. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7.

SEP-2018. Draft at BCBF 2018. Hazy starw, white head. Bright fruity aroma, spicy overtones. Similar taste, dry fruity, light spice, easy going. Very good Belgian style wheat beer. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7.
